The Self-Worth Movement is here to help you validate you- you are worthy, strong, capable, loved and important. Our innate sense of self can be battered by the trials and tribulations of life. When our self-worth is depleted so too is our self-love, which robs the world of our sparkle. When women reclaim their self-worth they discover they have an inner life-changing superpower. They overcome adversity with strength and grace, achieve their hopes and dreams and become authentically themselves. The Self-Worth Movement range of products were designed with one sole purpose- to help you remember who you are and reconnect with your courage, confidence and beauty.

Hey there gorgeous glitterbomb!

I am Farah Mak, I’m married to the love of my life, I’m mama to four amazing kids, and three fur-babies. I am an actor, presenter, writer and social changemaker but above all that? I’m a passionate advocate of self-worth.

I founded The Self-Worth Movement after losing my connection to my authentic self through the soul-shattering effects of domestic violence. My aim is to inspire, empower and educate women and girls around the world to lean in to the value of knowing their true worth.

You were created for greatness! Your life has meaning and a purpose, and you are oh so wonderfully worthy. You have magic within you that has the power to turn your pain into purpose, and ignite a spark of hope and faith to bring all of your dreams to fruition. It is my most ardent desire that our range of premium, beautiful, nurturing products and tools help you reconnect with your inner self to become the most authentic version of beautiful you.
